Job Title: Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) – Global Freight Forwarding

Work Model: Hybrid / Fully Remote
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 (Commensurate with experience)
About the Role: We are a prominent, mid-to-large-sized Global Freight Forwarder seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to expand our footprint. Joining our growing sales division, you will be responsible for driving new revenue, managing client relationships, and selling comprehensive logistics solutions.
What You Will Do:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding market.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your clients.
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of proven experience in Ocean Freight (sales, account management, or operations).
Familiarity with Air Freight solutions is highly welcomed and considered a strong asset.
A track record of success in outside sales and B2B business development.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a hybrid or fully remote work environment.
